каждый день утром ноут при включении загружает винду и в тот же миг полностью беспробудно зависает, натурально зависает навечно с замиранием курсора и полным статизмом выбора пользователей.

В биосе поочередно включал / выключал встроенные устройства, на первый взгляд не помогает, с мышкой и без нее одна проблема, на компе впринципе уже переустановленная винда, по лицензии с наклейки, до этого делался рекавери с штатных дисков — тоже не помогло.

Лечится физическим выключением бука и по новой включением, раза с 3 или с седьмого он не зависает и можно работать хоть год, так — же любые перезагрузки в течении дня никаких проблем не вызывают. Но запустить его утром — АД.

В автозагрузке касперский, но с него подозрения минимальные, он стоит на двадцати компах в конторе, нигде проблем.

I have looked at Administrative Tools —> Services but the service in
question is not listed there at all which in itself is confusing. I
have looked in the registry in (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM
\CURRENTCONTROLSET\SERVICES) and ‘Start’ is already set to 0x2 which I
believe is ‘Automatic’ start up.

So. it looks like it has to do with my Samsung printer (which is
elsewhere on the network and not directly connected) but what on earth
can I do to resolve this? I have no idea what’s going on.

we know 2 means aytomatic start
so we can change it

1. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services
2. Look for an entry listed as DgiVecp
3. If you find this, then change the Start data value to 4.
4. Reboot the system and see if the message is gone.
