DiRT 3 (2011) on Windows 10

DiRT 3 (2011) doesn’t start.
At first, it shows up at the task manager for like 5 seconds, and then nothing happens.

My specs are:
CPU- Intel Celeron G465 @1.9 Ghz
GPU- MSi Nvidia Geforce GTX 560 Ti OC 1GB
RAM- 4GB DDR3 @1333 Mhz.
Windows 10 64-bit.

I had these installed, but then I installed them again, and it worked.
I’m now playing it in ULTRA preset.
